The flexible coupling consists of the spline hub, the inserts and the elements, and evenly transmit the engine power to the
hydraulic pump absorbing the rotating shocks. The engine torque is transmitted to the interface ring connected to the engine
flywheel → the spline hub of the flexible coupling → the shaft of the hydraulic pump.

1. Remove all hydraulic hoses, pipes and wire connectors from hydraulic pump (4), and then plug them.
2. Remove screws (1) and hydraulic pump (4) from the engine while keeping the pump shaft horizontal.
ЗАБЕЛЕЖКА!
Before loosening screws (1), take appropriate action to hold and support hydraulic pump (4).
3. Remove screws (2) and the flexible coupling assembly from flywheel (11).

ЗАБЕЛЕЖКА!
Take care not to enter dust and foreign materials around coupling assembled.
1. After inserting spring pin (10), install the flexible coupling assembly to flywheel (11) by using screws (2).
2. Measure the gap between the end of hydraulic pump shaft and coupling hub (9). The gap should be 4.5 mm (0.18 in).
If the gap is less than 4.5 mm (0.18 in), loosen two clamping screws (3) on hub (9). And adjust to 4.5 mm (0.18 in).
Retighten two clamping screws (3).
3. Install hydraulic pump (4) to the engine while keeping the pump shaft horizontal by using screws (1).
1. Increase the engine rpm gradually to high rpm and operate boom, arm and bucket cylinder slowly.
2. Check for any abnormalities or leakage. Correct abnormal phenomena, if any.
