A baja temperatura, el sistema hidráulico puede responder lentamente, dando lugar a movimientos inesperados
de la máquina.

Proceda con cuidado hasta que el sistema hidráulico haya alcanzado la temperatura de trabajo.

El aceite hidráulico caliente y el aceite hidráulico a presión pueden ocasionar lesiones graves.

Descienda a tierra las unidades de excavación y pare el motor (interruptor de encendido en la posición
ON). Accione varias veces las palancas de mando para eliminar el remanente de presión en las tuberías
hidráulicas.

NOTA:
Prepare container for collecting hydraulic oil. When a hose has been disconnected, plug both the hose and the
connection immediately. The hoses should be marked for correct connection.

medio ambiente.

Los componentes son pesados. Adoptar las medidas de protección adecuadas para manejarlos.

1. Place the machine in the service position B : Posiciones de servicio.


2. Press the air breather cap on the hydraulic tank to release the residual pressure.

3. Open the engine hood.
4. Disconnect suction hose (1).

· Tool : Spanner 50 mm
5. Disconnect hose (1) of the oil cooler motor line.

6. Disconnect hose (1) of the servo pump line.

7. Loosen screws (1) and remove servo pump (2).

· Tool : Socket or offset wrench 18 mm

General precautions
· Remove damaged parts before assembling, and prepare all replacements
· Replace O-rings with new ones.
· Use a torque wrench to tighten the screws to the specified torque.
8. Transfer the fittings and pipe to the new servo pump.
· Tightening torque (fittings) : 107.8 ± 10.7 N m (11.0 ± 1.1 kgf m) (79.4 ± 7.9 lbf ft)
9. Tighten screws (1) and install servo pump (2).

· Tightening torque (screws) : 110.8 ± 10.7 N m (11.3 ± 1.1 kgf m) (81.6 ± 7.9 lbf ft)
10. Connect hose (1) of the servo pump line.

11. Connect hose (1) of the oil cooler motor line.

12. Connect suction hose (1).

13. Check the machine operation.
NOTA:
Before starting the machine operation

1. Replenish a hydraulic tank with oil.


2. Check that there are no leaks.
3. Check that there is fuel in the tank.
4. Check that are no faulty or loose parts which can cause damages.
5. Check that engine hood and guard plates are closed.
NOTA:
When starting

6. Clean/defrost the windows.


7. Always sit in the operation seat when you are starting the engine in the machine.
8. Do not move off until the central warning lamp has gone out.
9. Check that gauge, controls and instruments are functioning.
10. Check that no person are near the machine before you move the machine.
11. Sound the horn.
