OBJECTIVE :

To Create a Camera System to automatically detect any trespassing done without the aid of a manned security 24 -hour service. This Algorithm can create a constant vigilance and can be used in various fields.
PROBLEM STATEMENT :

There are immediate needs for automated surveillance systemsin commercial, law enforcement, and military applications.Mounting video cameras is cheap, but finding availablehuman resources to observe the output is expensive. Althoughsurveillance cameras are already prevalent in banks, stores, and parking lots, video data currently is used onlyafter the fact as a forensic tool, thus losing its primary benefitas an active, real-time medium. All we need is a continuous24-hour monitoring of surveillance video to alert security officers to a burglary in progress, or a suspicious individualloitering in the parking lot, while there is still time toprevent the crime. There is growing interest in developing automated videounderstanding algorithms to provide this constant vigilance.Automated video surveillance addresses real -time observationof people and vehicles within a busy environment, leading to a description of their actions and interactions.
