    HNTB Federal Services Corporation 2008-2009 Ft. Lee Central Campus Ft. Lee, Virginia
    My role as a designer for this project was: Space planning and programming for a 6 building, 775,000SF, administrative and training facility including definition of furnishing, unit requirements and preparation of the entire FF&E package for furnishings, fabrics, carpeting, and unit cost estimates in accordance with Huntsville District requirements and standards. Production of FF&E package was simplified by linking the BIM data in the model into the required deliverable such as cost estimates and furniture illustration sheets. All work for this project was completed with Revit 2009.

    Virginia Commonwealth University 2007 Carriage House Renovation Richmond, Virginia


    My role as a designer for this project was to take a Carriage house in Richmond, VA and create an ADA apartment on the 2nd floor and an architecture studio on the 1st floor. For the 1st floor we needed to have a work area, meeting area, model making area, storage area and ADA bathroom. Upstairs we needed to have an ADA bathroom, bedroom, living room and full kitchen with eating area. All work for this project was completed with Revit 2009 and then hand rendered.

    Virginia Commonwealth University 2007 Stuffys Sub Shop Renovation Richmond, Virginia
    My role as a designer for this project was to re-design a local sub shop (Stuffys) in Richmond, VA and the fine dining (Edos Squid) restaurant located above it. In the sub shop we spoke with the owner and asked what he would like to see done to his shop and from there we changed the space keeping his wishes in line but also making the space ADA compliant. (Shown here) All work for this project was completed with Revit 2009 and then hand rendered.
