POSITION SUMMARY: SAP PLM Analyst/Specialist dedicated to supporting the engineering and documentation control needs for a growing and dynamic engineering department. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with engineering and documentation control personnel to understand their business needs and translate those needs to SAP or IT design specifications Manage PLM database across multiple company sites Develop, test and implement new functionality. Create documentation for engineers on how to effectively use SAP functions, including functions in CDESK, PLM, ECM, workflow and notifications, as well as general SAP engineering-related functions (Material Masters, BOMs, etc.) Provide training to new engineers on all engineering-related SAP functionality Troubleshooting SAP issues encountered by engineers and documentation personnel.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering Minimum 3 years experience working on PLM implementations with PLM vendor or consulting organization SAP PLM Application Design and Configuration with the following modules: - CAD Integration Workflow - Engineering Change Management (ECM) - C Projects/C Folders or equivalent - Material Management/Product Structure Management/Production Planning - Variant Configurator Experience in global multi-site collaborative design projects using SAP systems Working knowledge of general engineering and documentation control practices Ability to manage projects for implementation of new SAP features Must be willing to travel
