Welcome and Introductions Jonathan Hayes (Acting Shipley Area Co-ordinator).

2. Whats behind the 431000 number? - Tony Surr from BDirect Council Services will give a presentation about how to contact Council Services.

3. Street Reps Website Martin Dudley from Local Level will demonstrate the website that is being piloted with Windhill Street Reps.

4. Round table discussion - Rebecca Houlding from Groundwork will lead discussions about bulletins, recruitment and future meetings.

Information sharing A chance to share any new projects or initiatives.
