    Sky Q Instructions
    Call Sky Q to make sure that your computer is ready to be picked up. You will need your student ID number from your Master Agreement or your ID card. Bring your live-in guardian and Master Agreement or your ID card when you pick up your computer, because you will need to prove you are enrolled with Visions, and have your guardian sign the paperwork for the computer. Computers and printers must be returned to Sky Q at the end of your enrollment with Visions to avoid your account being turned over to a collections agency.
