Payment may be made by check or money order only. ake all checks/money orders payable
to: Tate Entertainment; 1815 Linwood Avenue; Erie, PA 16510. Payments may be mailed or
hand-delivered to any one oI the Trip Planners.

Payments are due on the st oI each month, with a -day grace period. AIter days, payments
are considered late, and a $5 late Iee will be assessed per payment, per traveler.

nly whole/monthly payments will be accepted with the appropriate payment coupon. o cash
or partial payments will be accepted. There is no prepayment penalty iI the total trip cost is paid
in Iull, ahead oI schedule.

There will be a $30 processing fee for returned checks, which is due within 30 days of
account violation. Accounts more than 2 months overdue (including all payments & fees)
are subject to trip cancellation with no refund.

We reserve the right to treat the agreement as cancelled by you if your total payments are
more than 2 months overdue.

Full/Final Payment is due April 1, 2013. ull payment guarantees trip/travel. nce Iinal
payment is made, monies are non-reIundable. However, payments may be transIerred to another
person up to, and aIter Iinal payment is made.

TransIer oI airline reservations are subject to an additional cost outside oI this agreement.

Cancellations (adult and child):
O 2 days (4 months) prior to the trip are subject to a $75 penalty.

The Trip Planners are not responsible for losses or damages arising from bodily injury,
property or other damage caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited
to motor coach delays, flight delays, airline turbulence, transportation accidents or other
unforeseen circumstances.

All costs and activities described herein are subject to change without notice.

Price Guarantee
ur intention is to provide you with the vacation you have selected, at the price in eIIect at time
oI booking. II Ior any reason we have to increase the price oI your vacation, including an error
made in computing your price, we will oIIer you the option oI cancellation without charge,
provided that you advise us within seven days oI your receipt oI notice oI the increase. This does
not apply to price increases resulting from a change in U.S. taxes or fuel surcharges. II a
scheduled airline initiates a schedule change Ior the return portion oI the trip which results in a
Iare increase, the passenger is responsible Ior the additional cost.

Return Flight Information
Your Trip Planners will be able to conIirm the latest Ilight details at the time group reservations
are made (within 4-2 months oI travel date). Your Ilight tickets or electronic documents will
contain your Ilight inIormation. All times are subject to change. It is your responsibility to
reconIirm your Ilight times prior to departing Ior the airport. The Trip Planners assume no
responsibility Ior any travelers making independent connections or connections to your Ilights
booked as part oI this Agreement.

Amendments & Cancellation
Special Ieatures oIIered by hotels are subject to change at the hotel's discretion. In the unlikely
event that a major change involving a pre-departure change oI hotel, departure or return date,
departure city or destination becomes necessary, we will notiIy you as soon as possible. If you
find the revised arrangements we offer unacceptable, you will have the option oI cancellation
without charge, provided that you notify us within seven days of your receipt of notice of the
change (or prior to departure date if notified less than seven days prior). In the event oI a
change, we will try to substitute comparable services, but in the event oI complete cancellation
by us or a supplier, our only liability will be to return all monies paid.

Refunds
Any reIunds always will be made as soon as possible in the original Iorm oI payment. Please
note, however, that no reIunds will be made Ior any services provided in the itinerary that you do
not use.
