Deployment

Swaps/Returns:
1. You receive an Equipment Request Form (ERF) to send a new piece of equipment to a site and there is a request to send a call tag to the site to receive the broken/outdated equipment back. 2. The new equipment needs to be downloaded with the appropriate MID/TID, tested, and needs to have a sticker made with the MID/TID using the Zebra printer. There is a link on the desktop labeled Concord Sticker where the MID/TID can be copied and pasted from the database. Also make sure that the correct helpdesk ph# is listed on the bottom according to the front end. 3. The serial number of the new equipment being sent needs to be put in the Serial # box in the database. The color of the serial # box needs to match the color of the box with the piece of equipment being sent.

4. A note needs to be made in the notes section that the new piece of equipment was sent with a call tag (meaning we are expecting the old piece of equipment back). Also put the tracking # and that it will be invoiced later. (Ex: downloaded, tested and shipped an fd50/fd10 to site/Iso/other, T#_______, will invoice later- (Initials)) 5.
