Transferring Client Audio files to Examinetics/Data Services.

1. Insert Verizon Air Card into USB slot and wait for its light to flash blue. 2. Double click on Client Audio Upload VPN icon

(update graphic when available) 3. Wait for a message stating you have connected. If you have difficulty connecting on site please return to your hotel and try again. If you cannot connect at the hotel please contact tech support at 913-748-2100 immediately. 4. Insert backup floppy disk. 5. Double click on Client Backup Transfer icon. 6. Follow prompts for data transfer. a. Enter the Initial Alpha Characters of the Client Datapath you are testing, BNSF, CSX, SPIR, INP...etc... b. Enter the unit number testing occurred on. (If you are uploading multiple disks, each from testing on the same Unit, Laptop, WO#, and Date Please enter a letter (b, c, d) after the unit number. Example: for three disks, you would use the letters b and c when uploading the 2nd and 3rd disks) c. Enter the laptop number used for audio testing. d. Enter the Work Order number. e. Enter Test Session Date using (MMDD) format. (For example: if the days testing began on February 5th, you would enter 0205 as the date.) f. Enter number of employees audio tested that day.

g. Wait for data to transfer 7. Once the message Your file has been successfully transferred. appears and the black CLIENT Backup Transfer window disappears you may remove Verizon Air Card.
