By Elton Camp The schools are supposed to be a learning oasis But one kid in ten is bullied on a regular basis Half of all students, during the school year Will be likely to encounter some bully to fear For victims, bullying gives the wrong impression It can stunt them socially and lead to depression In many cases, the victims school work will slide And in extreme cases, they may attempt suicide The child bully becomes a vicious, expert seeker Of another youngster perceived as being weaker Bullying isnt always going to be physical domination On Internet, by e-mail & Facebook can be intimidation Most boys who are bullies tend to inflict physical force Girls often use ostracizing, belittling, spite, of course If a child is being bullied, how are parents to know? Lower grades, withdrawn or kid fears school to go Bullying must be brought to a stop during childhood This fact by parents & teachers should be understood
