Little Cheesecakes

Ingredients (make 2 cheesecakes)


4 digestive biscuits
1 tbsp low fat yoghurt
1 tbsp cottage cheese Nutrient Analysis (per serving)
A few raisins or other dried fruit

Method Energy 182 kcal

1. Mix the yoghurt, cheese and raisins Total Fat 7g


together and spread thickly over two of Saturated fat 3g
the biscuits.
2. Put the other two biscuits on top of the Cholesterol 16 mg
filling to make two sandwiches.

3. Wrap in clingfilm if they are packed in a Sodium 196 mg


lunchbox. These cheesecakes must be
eaten on the day they are made as the
biscuits can go soggy.
