Method
1. Marinate sliced beef and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
2. Heat oil and fry ginger and garlic until golden brown. 3. Add marinated beef slices and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. 4. Add sliced capsicum and water stir-fry for another 2 to 3 minutes. 5. Garnish and serve.
Useful tips:
• Young corn or celery may be added for variety.
• To cut beef into thin slices, partially freeze it first for about 30 minutes.
