    Dear Sir/Madam: This afternoon, our mother, Erlinda Arcayan, bought some food (spaghetti and siopao) on your restaurant/store branch at Victorias City. Much to our disappointment you sold to us a spoilt/rotten siopao which was unfortunately eaten by my two (2) year old nephew, Amir Alaric A. Trenuela as well as my father (though a small part only). As a result, we are legally entitled to oblige you to pay and shoulder all expenses, related and arising from the circumstances of consuming your spoilt product and not limited only to medicals and hospitalization of the concerned individual above. Further, if the hospital clears Amir from any harm related to the consumed spoilt food (siopao) from your store, you will as well be free from any further liability.
