FACILITY USE AGREEMENT

As a courtesy and convenience to the guests of Bexley Conservation Club, Inc. Member _______________________, the Bexley Conservation Club, Inc. agrees to make available its club building and grounds. The undersigned guest(s) and/or parent/legal guardian represents, on behalf of him/herself, (all referred to as guest(s)) agree to warrant and hold Bexley Conservation Club, Inc., its officers, employees and agents and/or any and all members of Bexley Conservation Club, Inc. (all hereinafter referred to as BCC) harmless from and indemnify them against all losses, liabilities, claims, actions, suit, cost, damage, expense, demands of every kind, in connection with the offering of or use of real or personal property, including injuries to any persons or damages to property arising out of the use of the BCC club property or grounds, including, if caused by contributed by, or arising out of the actual omissions of BCC, whether negligent or otherwise. In no event shall BCC be liable for any type of special, consequence, or incidental or punitive damages, whether such damages arise out of or are the result of breach of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise arising out of or related to the provision of services to or for the benefit of the guest(s); such disclaimed damages shall include but not be limited to the injuries, death, pain, and suffering, intentional or negligently inflicted emotional injuries. It is agreed that this contract shall be binding upon the undersigned, and the parents, legal guardians, assigns and successors in interest of the undersigned.

Bexley Conservation Club, Inc., strongly encourages all parents or legal guardians, of guest(s), (minors) under the age of eighteen (18) to remain at the club before, during and after any events.
