Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the sole discretion of the company without prior notice. Prices ruling on the date of booking and its acceptance by the company shall be applicable. Power back-up will be @ Rs. 20000/- per KVA (5 KVA Mandatory) ECC & FCC Charges @ Rs. 150/- per sq. ft. Other charges such as Stamp Duty and Registration etc. shall be payable at the time of possession. Service tax as applicable will be charged extra.
