Atty. Jeoffrey S. Joaquino Clerk of Court VII Office of the Clerk of Court Regional Trial Court 7th Judicial Region Cebu City, Cebu Atty.:

Greetings of Peace and Joy! We are fourth year Bachelor of Arts in Political Science students of the University of San Carlos (USC). In partial fulfillment of the requirement of this degree, we are required to have an On-the-Job Training (OJT) for a minimum of fifty (50) hours or an equivalent of twelve (12) weeks starting August 2011.

We would like to apply as a trainee in your most honorable office because we believe that the training and experience that we will acquire will broaden our knowledge about the course Public Administration in our chosen degree. Working as a Clerical Worker in your office would help us fully understand the value of Public Administration more as we would help administer the activities of the offices under your most honorable office. We would also be able to grasp on how each leader of the different office operates, leads, guides and maneuvers the working force of the office. These learning would help us fully appreciate what is in store for us in the near future when we finally leave the four corners of our classrooms.

Thank you for any consideration that you may give to this letter. May God bless us always.

Enclosure

Sincerely yours, ABADILLA, MARY BELEN R. ITAO, KRIZIA
