XXX Medical Director XXX Dear Mrs. XXX, With regret and anticipation, I am writing this letter to inform you of my resignation as a Staff Nurse, effective immediately from the date stated above. I have decided that it is time to move on with my current status here in XXX. The reason is due to a fact that I will be leaving the country some time late September or Early October for Australia as I pursue my dreams of becoming an excellent Nurse.
