JOB INTERVIEW
- It is the process in which a potential employee is evaluated by an employer for prospective employment in the company.

TYPES OF INTERVIEW
STRESS INTERVIEW
It injects pressure on the applicant and, consequently, test his patience and stress tolerance. EX. How would you react if you bypassed by your boss for promotion three times already?

BEHAVIORAL INTERVIEW
- also called behavioral event interview, the interviewer asks the applicant to recall specific Instance where they faced with a set of circumstances and how they reacted. EX. Describe a difficult situation at work you were in. How did you manage it?

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
- is one where problem solving skills, creativity and work related skills are probed. EX. An applicant for a Flight Attendant position may be asked about the safety procedures and how to assist travelers onboard.

PLACEMENT PROCESS

employment contract. *1st copy - notarized copy given to the employee *2nd copy kept in the 201 file of the employee maintained at the HR department.
