SCOPE FOR SERVICES OF PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OEM / CONSULTANTS

1. Detail performance analysis of equipment and comparison with

running duty conditions. 2. Operating data analysis with respect to Past DCS trend and log sheets. 3. Review of equipment with respect maintenance. 4. Review of equipment with respect to safety aspects. 5. Review of equipment for overall healthiness. 6. Review of History card of the equipment. 7. Inspection of equipment in case of performance is inefficient by more than 5%, frequent leakage or any repetitive problem as per history card. 8. Class room training to SCL team for 2 hrs in a day regarding efficient operation, maintenance practice, safety aspect etc. 9. Conducting performance test of the equipment at design conditions (if possible). 10. Reviewing the operating conditions for energy conservation

aspects for equipment. 11. 12. Reviewing of SCL staff suggestions with respect to equipment. Suggestion in view of further improvement of efficiency.

13. Sharing of knowledge for change in technology with respect to

efficiency, availability and reliability. 14. Recommendation for any other NDE test / Analysis required to

ensure the reliability and life of the equipment.

Sharing of case study of toher plants for improvement, fault

analysis etc. 16. Submission of Visit report.
