Introduction:
The reason why I choose this gadget is because it is good. Not expensive
and it easy to construct for me.

II. Materials:
SEMICONDUCTORS:

Q1 – NB121E, PNP 0.6W 35V 100MHz 0.1A Driver (TO-92)

Q2 – 9013, NPN 0.625W 25V 0.8A Audio Power (TO-92)
Q3 – NB111E, 0.6W 35V 100MHz 0.1A Drivers (TO-92)
Q4 – 2N6121, NPN 40W 45V 2.5MHz 4A (TO-220)
Q5 – 2N6124, PNP 40W 45V 2.5MHz 4A (TO-220)

MISCELLANEOUS:

Shielded Wire – /H1 or 2+1

PCB – 2x4”
Heatsink – 1”
Mica Insulator
III. Steps/Procedure:
1. Connect the sound operated switch corresponding power supply
terminals to the 12-Volt DC power supply chosen.
2. Shout directly in front of the FET microphone, simultaneously observing
any click from the relay.
3. Observe the position of the relay contact.
4. Shout again in front of the FET microphone and observe where the
relay contact now rests. Normally the relay’s moving contact alternaly
moves to and fro with each shouting.
5. Adjust trimmer resistor/potentiometer R1 to set the desired sensitivity of
the Sound Operated Switch.

IV. Conclusion:
Making of project. Like amplifier, although it’s not expensive but usually
uneasy. There for I conclude that. By constructing of device or gadget. My future
reflex. More effort lot of trial but in the end when we success there is happiness.
