Introduction:
Ring shine is 100% composite textiles industries. Ring shine is set up by well experienced investors of Indonesia. Ring shine is sister concern of PT. Matahari Sentosa Jaya, Indonesia. Ring shine is among the biggest groups of Bangladesh with the specialty of good diversification of the products. Their main target is to serve the sweater industry and knitting industry where they all consume a lot of dyed yarns and need a fast response lead- time. Now Ring Shine is among the top dyeing mills of Bangladesh and enjoys a high credibility in the market. It consumes more than 50% of the market demand in Bangladesh.

Objectives of the study:

1. To identify the use of information systems in different levels in organizations in Ready Made Garments industry. 2. To get a clear idea about different information systems like- ESS, DSS, TPS etc and their possible usage. 3. To know about overall current management systems in such organizations. 4. To know about how they maintain relationships with various parties like suppliers and customers. 5. If possible, to know about their currently used hardware and software.
