    SUB:­ Approval for using a lab for the activities conducted by VGLUG

    Respected Sir,
    VGLUG student chapter has planned a series of activities for the academic year 
    2008­09 to the students of all the four years. We found around twentyfive students who 
    are interested in participating in these activities. So, we require a lab to conduct these 
    activities for them as per the schedule. As we had negotiated with the CSE HOD,
    we found that the Systems Programming Lab can be arranged for conducting these
    activities.
    So, we kindly request you to grant permission to use the above 
    mentioned lab to conduct VGLUG activities.
