The university has given the notification in 2021 for CAS promotions with upgraded AGP for
regular faculty in RGUKT-AP. Based on that, the regular faculty who are working in RGUKT RK Valley
have applied for promotion.
After receiving the applications from faculty, the University has constituted a committee for
scrutiny and evaluation of CAS applications. Vide reference (4) cited above, the committee has issued the
order for CAS promotion to the eligible candidates and also recommended to implement the promotion
with effect from date of eligibility for promotion.
Vide ref-1st cited above, note submitted to Hon’ble Chancellor, requesting for permission to
implement the monetary benefit with effect from date of eligibility for promotion to the regular faculty
who got promotion in CAS.
After careful examination, the Hon’ble Chancellor accorded approval to implement the monetary
benefit with effect from date of eligibility to the regular faculty who got promotion in CAS.
Accordingly, the Director is pleased to accord administrative approval to implement the monetary
benefit with effect from date of eligibility to the regular faculty who got promotion in CAS duly
complying with the procedures in vogue. The Administrative Officer shall take necessary action
accordingly.
Based on that, the CAS arrears for the promoted faculty are calculated from the date of eligibility
and individual arrears are given below.

Three Lakh Fifteen Thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Three only) towards total arrear amount to be
