As per the discussion had with you regarding our proposal for B.ED College at Kalyani,
Dist :Nadia , W.B, In this regard kindly to be noted that Trust formed in the name & style
Abinash Chandra Ram Chandra Foundation For Educational Research & Development
initially with two Trustee members (a) Dr. Nikunj Behari Biswas and ( b) Dr.(Mrs) Bhagirathi
Biswas, wife of Dr. Nikunj Behari Biswas. Now, for the smooth operation of the proposed unit
we have included three(3) more trustee members in the board as a result of which at present
there are 5(five) members. This will strengthen the Administration and Financial part of the unit.
So, we are going to submit the following list of documents for your kind verification.

ERCAPP4172/44982dated 31-03-2016( for D.Ed Course).
05. Land Deed , Mutation , Khatian, Upto date Khajana Receipt , Conversion of Land for 90
Decimals standing in the name of Sukdev Brahmmachari Institution of Education
06. Estiamte of Building Construction from Licentiate Engineer
07. Quotation of Furniture & Fixture.
08. Quotation from WBSEDCL or its approval
09. Land Deed, Mutation, Khatian, Upto date Khajana Receipt, Conversion etc for the Land at
Ghospara , Opp. Kalyani University which will be kept as Collateral security.
10. Assets Liability Statements of all the five(5) Trustee members along with I.T.Return copy
for the Assessment 2013-14, 2014-15 , 2015-16 & 2016017, PAN Card, Votter Card,
Aadhaar Card, Passport, Electric Bill of residence of individual person ( address proof), 1
year Statement of all the Savings Bank A/c of all the five members, Photos.
11. CA Certificate for the investment already made in the project till 30-09-2016.
12. Bank A/c. of the Trust.
