Activity Sheet

Did you try it? Lets check in about LT Outcomes What about short term and medium term outcomes? Lets use listing of activities to determine overall goals for this project

CALL # 2 ~ Review Outcomes ~ Use your handouts

Activities: 1.Identify Long Term: Review RFAWhat does it say? 2.Identify Short term/ Learner Outcomes 3.Identify Medium Term/ Action Outcomes 4.Check your workSMART Outcomes? 5. List all activitiesGroup and identify goals to use in narrative

Stay tuned inCheck your Outcomes

Make Outcomes SMART While goals express the big-picture vision for what you hope to accomplish, outcomes should be: Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic, and Timed. The smarter your outcomes are, the easier it will be to manage performance and assess progress along the way.transparency

Outcomes Check
Is each outcome truly an outcome ? Are the outcomes written as change statements? Will learning actions increase, decrease or stay the same? Are the outcomes linked as progressive steps towards a long-term goal? Are the outcomes meaningful and relevant? Are the outcomes realistic and attainable? _________________________________________

Activities and goals

List all the activities you will do on the project Group activities into comprehensive goals you can use in your narrative that align with purpose of project ( e.g. Disseminate TrainCollaborate etc) Align participants with three or four major goals in logic model columns
