    1. Title page 2. Acknowledgement 3. Executive Summary 4. Contents 5. Introduction 6. Organizations Profile 7. Aims & objectives in this organization 8. Gathering & Recording information 9. Analysis 10. Discussion 11. Limitations 12. References One can bring changes in this out line according to the requirements of supervisor.

    (The Internship Report must be submitted till 10th November, 2011 to Mr. Abdul Karim, The Internship Coordinator UCP.)
