Current computing System:

Graphic Designers most commonly use graphic design software. The most popular option in the sector is Adobe Creative
Suite, although there are other strong design tools out there, including Sketch. Graphic designers also use hardware like
computers, iPads, and cameras in addition to software.
For graphic design, we need the best processor CPU so we are currently using Intel's 12th generation core i7 12700 tops
this list of the best CPUs for graphic design for the incredible blend of performance and affordability it delivers. We are
currently using this computing system besides these we need some best software which includes Adobe Illustrator,
Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDraw, Inkscape, Microsoft Paint, and Paint.Net.

sustainability. Some organizational requirements in terms of virtualization software are:

 Using power-saving features and software such as using efficient UPS systems.

Installation process:
Before installing the VM box we must download the VMware application and the software to use it in our operating system.
Steps in the Installation process for the virtual computing environment are given below.
 First, make sure your computer is compatible with the system.
 Installing VMware ESX Server is the second step.
 Step 3: Connect the cords for the network.
 Configure the Guardium VM management portal as the fourth step in the process.
 Create a brand-new virtual machine, which is the fifth step.
 Installing the Guardium system is the sixth step.
 Install several virtual machines (Step 7).

Virtualization software:
An abstraction layer created by software and installed on top of a computer's actual hardware is referred to as a "virtual
machine." "Virtual machine" is the term given to this layer. This layer makes it possible to divide a single computer's physical
components, such as its processors, memory, and storage, into a number of virtual computers. The physical components of
these virtual computers can be combined (VMs).

KVM: The KVM hypervisor requires either an Intel processor for x86-based systems equipped with the Intel VT-x and Intel
64 virtualization extensions or an AMD processor for x86-based systems equipped with the AMD-V and the AMD64
virtualization extensions. Although our current system is great, it still is not x86 based. So, it might not be best.
VMware Workstation: A suitable 64-bit x86 or AMD64 CPU that was released in 2011 or later and has a core speed of 3
GHz or above. A minimum of 2 GB RAM is required, with a recommendation of 4 GB or more. This would be best suitable
according to our system as most of its requirements match with our current system.
VMware Fusion: Any MAC OS computer that uses an Intel CPU. RAM of at least 512 MB, with 1 GB being suggested. 275
megabytes of free space on the drive for VMware Fusion, and at least one gigabyte of free space on the disc for each virtual
machine. Our current systems are not MAC OS, so it would not be suitable.
So as per my business chosen for the organization VMware workstation is the best fit. My organization’s software and
hardware all mostly matched with it so I think this one is best suited for our organization for graphic design business.
VMware Workstation makes it really easy to evaluate new operating systems, test software applications and patches, and
reference architectures in an isolated and safe environment. No other desktop virtualization software offers the
performance, reliability, and cutting-edge features of a Workstation.
Reason and recommendation:
The process of reviewing new operating systems, testing software applications and patches, and looking at reference
designs in an environment that is both isolated and secure may be made extremely simple by using VMware Workstation.
Workstation is the only desktop virtualization application that can compete with its performance and reliability, in addition to
its advanced feature set. Workstation is also the only desktop virtualization program that was developed by VMware.
Technical specifications:
The technical specification requires are compatible 64-bit x86/AMD64 CPU launched in 2011 or later,
3GHz or faster core speed, 2GB RAM minimum/ 4GB RAM or more recommended.

Licensing arrangement:
VMware Workstation has multiple licensing options depending on your use case. Workstation Player is available free for
personal, non-commercial use, but requires a license for commercial use. Licenses are offered in 16 and 2-pack formats.
For 2 operating system environments (OSEs) or Hyper-V containers, the standard edition is licensed. Extra OSEs require
additional licences.
