Abstract

Determination and priority of ecological sensitivity index in fact is the important step
for ecological sensitivity evaluation in costal area. In first step, we were defined
similar criteria and experiences in other parts of the world. Then the base on specific
condition area, with aid of Delphi method prepared the question press. The criteria
were divided into seven main criteria, twenty-two sub-criteria in grade one and
twenty-five sub-criteria in grade two. The value of effective factors on sensitivity was
defined by Analytic Hierarchy Process method with aid of EC software. In the present
research, through the main factors, was evaluated, habitat coastal index with 0.381
as the maximum score and recreation center with 0.02 as the minimum score.
Finally, the total criteria have priority base on weight coefficient for the ecological
sensitivity evaluation.
