Focus on the goals without the specifics Write things down, goals, dreams, thoughts Your brain puts out a vibration when you write things out When something happens when you dont think is good Just know now you have a chance to clarify exactly what i want And create a transmission from my brain with more power and intensity Than ever before, that is creating the future Time is completely irrelevant, when you completely clarify what you want Put out that vibration and anticipation, and just know everything will work out fine You have created in your life by thinking Which means you can create everything you want It is what you are focusing on Feelings are a key and most important always monitor them You become what you think about You get what you think about most of the time The better you feel, the better the thoughts If you feel good all the time, that means your vibrating what you want You must be focusing on a chief aim most of the time, to get what you want You must be obsessed with what u want Perseverance, make your own luck, gamble wisely (do things with feelings) Focus obsessively, look at things how they could become, right place right time Take action when opportunity presented Develop a pleasing personality, you attract more and better people You attract like minded people Work on communication skills Read books everyday, causes you to focus positively on what you want When you feel really good, your body changes you stand tall, you smile You sing, you flow, and move with confidence When you feel bad you slouch, you frown, you walk slower, fearful, depressed Just change the physiology and you feel better, throw your shoulders back, hum s ing, dance and with that your emotions change and that means your thoughts have changed. That means you will attract more of those good thoughts. Try always t o feel good all the time. Most people think about the thing that they dont have instead of what they want. You have to think you already have it, bring it in. The reason you feel bad, is based on your habits, you say its a failure, the rea

son you feel bad is because of the lack of what you want. That happens because its a habit. The fact is people fail all the time, but its how you look at it. You can see it as a success a learning experience or a failure or a disappointm ent. I caused this what vibration did i put out. Or you could say something be tter is about to happen. Anytime you feel disappointment know its out of habit. The key is why did this happen, or you vibrating an incorrect vibration, or yo u focused on it not happening. Focus on what you want and you should feel bette r, or you have to change your belief because you are not believing that you are going to get it. If someone is criticizing you it should not affect you at all. Because you crea te your own reality. It should not matter what another thinks of you. Thats wh at he thinks but it doesnt affect you, it shouldnt. Focus on what you really want If its no longer fun then time to change something, stop change the activity but before that check you vibrations and thought process Always follow your own desires, follow what gives you bliss The blocks the negative thoughts the neuro pathways, will keep pulling you back and you start doubting and putting limits on yourself. We put self imposed limi ts on ourselves, you dont have to know how. You have to know what you want, not what you dont want. You should be able to de scribe what you want and when you describe it you should feel amazing. You will find out a certain point that its not what you have but who you become Everything that happens in your life are just experiences or indicators of what you are vibrating. There is really no good or bad, there really is nothing posi tive or negative. If you look at it that way you can see what you are vibrating and then change your vibration to what you want. The indicators tell you what to do, tell you where you are. The tipping point is when the positive is bigger than the negative. You are creating everything in your life. The number one disease in the mind is mysticism that is people looking outward f or a cause in there life. Where it is god, devil, parents, weather, other peopl e any circumstance. That has been going on forever. Your desire above anything else should be feel good right now. Your goal is not to eliminate your pain. Dont focus on the pain. Shift you thou ghts to i want to feel good. You goal is to feel good. What goes on around you doesnt have to affect you. Everyday is always the best time to do something. This is a fantastic time to start something. Everything always works out for me. Look at what it is you dont like, acknowledge it for a moment. Then dont look at it. Now say i dont want this, what is it that I do want. Focus on what you want and turn your back on what you dont want. Start small and start applying these things, and you will see the results little by little. It works if you work it. If you want more out of life you need to dream.
