«State of anxiety on the prophet’s face»

When this verse “and hell that day, is brought face to face, on that day man will
remember, but how will that remembrance profit him? “(Quran 89:23)
Was revealed, state of anxiety overwhelmed the face of the prophet of Islam (s.a.w).the
manner was difficult for the companions. Some of the companions proceeded to meet
Imam Ali (a.s) explaining the matter to him. The Imam (A.S.) went to the prophet (s.a.w.).
Having kissed the prophet’s chest, the Imam ali (a.s.) asked him.” messenger of god! May
my parents be ransomed to you, what’s happened to you?!
He answered: Gabriel recited the verse to me
The Imam then asked:” how would hell bebrought?”
The prophet (s.a.w) replied:”70,000 angels would bring it. It will be rebellious when it is
,
left, it will burn all people. Then I would stand before it ; while it would say :”o
Mohammad! I have nothing to do with you; god has for bidden your flesh to me “.
Then imam ali (a.s.) said:”at that time, every one would think of himself; while the holy
prophet (s.a.w) would say:”o my lord ! Help my people out.”
