    Dear Sandra Vivas, In our previous correspondence to you, we stated that subrogation proceedings have been initiated against the other party's insurance company for the full amount of the damage sustained by your vehicle. We have attempted to settle this claim, but our efforts have been unsuccessful therefore, we are submitting the case to our collection agency/attorney. In view of the lengthy investigative procedures required, settlement with other party can be delayed and could take several months.
