Please be advised, since there is not an agreement on the amount of the necessary repairs
for this loss, the insured has chosen to invoke the appraisal provision in the policy. As you are
aware, each party will choose a competent appraiser after receiving a written request from the
other. The two appraisers will choose an umpire and they will submit their differences to the
umpire if they fail to agree.
