Pegasus promoted the planning case for: 204 bedroom 4/5* hotel; 45 suite apartment hotel; 14,279 sq m of Grade A office space; 132 residential apartments; Ground floor retail and leisure units Pegasus Planning Group provided planning advice throughout the course of the planning application and prepared a comprehensive Planning and PPS4 Assessment justifying the scale of the development and the proposed town centre uses in the context of national planning policy sequential and impact tests.
