Press Release November 04, 2011

The Albany County Sheriffs Office reports the arrest Patrick M. DiDomenico, age 20, of 3 Colewood Ave. Catskill, N Y. The complaint alleges DiDomenico assumed the identity of Norman Massry of Tri-City Rentals by forging his name to documents and representing himself as an agent of Mr. Massry. DiDomeninco did make false letters of employment and even negotiated donations to the Rotary Club of Glenville and Gift of Life Inc. in the sum of 2 Million Dollars. DiDomenico also offered people job opportunities with Tri City Rental which some accepted the positions and quit their jobs only to find out their new jobs did not exist. DiDomeninco concocted this scheme back in June 2011 and continued with the charade until September when the Rotary Club and the Gift of Life foundation were planning an award dinner for Mr. Massry for his generous donation. DiDomenico did all of this in an attempt to secure a position with the college of St. Rose that would enable him to fund his tuition. DiDomenico was charged with Forgery in the third degree A Misdemeanor and attempted Identity the theft in the first degree E felony. DiDomenico was released on appearance tickets to appear in the city of Albany Court on November 18th 2011 @ 8:30AM. DiDomenico is currently a student at the college of St. Rose.
