Nilgiriside Department store has a number of drivers who operate its fleet of delivery trucks. At the end of the day the crew are required to complete a delivery report that takes 5-10 min. each Preparation of this report has been a frequent source of conflict between the management and the crew The crew often fail to complete the report properly or delay completing it, which causes the supervisor to criticize or threaten them What should be done?????

Case
Plasticon is situated in a upcoming SEZ.It is one of the few companies to have begun its operations. The nearest town is 50 kms away. Infrastructure like roads etc are still being built. The work force of Plasticon comes from the town and neighbouring villages. It has 1000 workers working for it. Plasticon works in 3 shifts. It has to fulfill orders for the next 2 years and is working on time crunch.

In the morning shift on Monday the 21st of May one of the workers found a cockroach in the upma served for breakfast. The workers went on an immediate tool down strike. If you are an HR manager in Plasticon what will you do???????
