Rigging
- Control the object or series of object. - For making a set of handles you can controll in an specific motion.

- Skinning and adding "effects" like deformers for special deformation.

Rigging Tools
- Rigging tools: - Keyframing directly on a node. - Adding an object to a path to control its motion - Constraining objects - Making a skeleton for a character

Keyframe directly on node

- Almost everything is "keyable" directly on the attributes. - Press "S", or <shift> + transform / rotate/scale - Or RMB for menu for "set key".

Adding an object to a motion path

- Attach an object to a path - Control the deformation - Control the speed with a graph
- Good for Camera Movement

Constraining objects
- A type of linking of an objects position, rotation, scale to another object transformation, rotation or scale. - Type of constrains are point, orient, scale, and aim etc.

Making a skeletonrigg
- Using skeleton tool and mirrors and "draw out the skeleton" - Position joint at the elbows, ankles, spine etc at the character. - Build your own Skeleton!

Tools for rigging a skeleton

- Reverse foot / Foot Rool - Controllers to click. - Stretch in a rigg?

Automated rigging
- Allot of tools (mostly non-free) for rigging your character fast. - The usually only work on biped characters. - They are usually adapted to Mocap but can also be used for more exaggerated animation.
