    Specification

    I am going to design and make a one off chinchilla cage. The cage must be suitable for two adult chinchillas that will give them maximum space whilst being able to fit through a standard sized door and be carried easily by two people maximum. It must be hazard free and only use materials that are not harmful to chinchillas which are listed on my mind map. It must have a door to put the chinchillas in and take them out of the cage, the door must be secure and escape free. The cage must be suitable for cleaning and have some sort of litter tray. It must have facilities for food water and hay, and there must be an enclosed place for them to sleep. It must be free standing so that it can be placed away from the walls.
