    Personal Learning Paper (PLP): Every participant is expected to submit a personal learning paper after the completion of the

    course. Participant will complete the OD Practitioner Behavior Profile and identify specific improvement opportunities during the course both at an individual and OD practitioner level. You need to relate various concepts/cases/simulations/experiential exercises etc. during the course to the identified improvement opportunities and explain their relevance to your learning in PLP.
