ln the nearfuture lplan on introducing legislation thatwill prohibitthe sale and importation of crocodiles and alligators into the state. ln recent days there have been disturbing news reports of free rbaming crocodiles and , alligators. Even with the knowledge that any such reptile would succumb to the record.cold temperatures, their presence is a reminder that there are now no effective prohibitions in place within the Fish Code (Title 30)to their sale, barter, or purchase. i
