1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Transferor hereby authorises the mobile and/or account number to be transferred to the transferee. Transferor and transferee acknowledge this request to transfer the mobile and/or account number is subject to the decision of Celcom. The transferee shall accept the terms and conditions of the Registration Form with Celcom and any modification made thereof by Celcom. The transferee shall accept and settle all debts, costs, claims, charges, expenses and other liabilities incurred by the transferor whether the same is disclosed or not by the transferor or Celcom at the date of transfer. Any outstanding amount shall first be settled before transfer and after the transfer, the transferee shall settle all future debts, costs, claims, charges and expenses such as Unbilled Call Charges, Roaming Call Charges and Operator Assisted Calls Charges (OAC) within 14 days of the receipt of the notice from Celcom. If the charges billed are those incurred before the transfer, it is the obligation of the transferee to settle the same. The current package that the transferor is enjoying shall be transferred to the transferee or transferee may opt for prevailing package except for staff and corporate package. The transferee shall be liable to pay for deposit upon transfer. The other terms and conditions as stipulated in the Registration Form applies.
