a. To transfer all my rights and benefits of the VPlan package subscribed by me to the Transferee;
b. To relinquish all claims, rights and benefits of VPlan against Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd; and
c. To pay RM30.00 to Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd as transfer fee to effect the transfer.

a. To be bound by all the Terms and Conditions of VPlan;
b. To accept any conditions imposed by Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd.
