execute your vision and strategy?
Ans: A core competency is a speciIic Iactor that a business sees as
being central to the way it or its employees works. The three core
competencies that are required to execute our vision and strategy are
we want to be the best in the market, we want to concentrate more on
the products which will generate maximum revenue to us and we
want to develop innovative products which are not easy Ior
competitors to imitate.

2.) What decisions do you need to make to develop these
competencies?
Ans: To develop these competencies we will do extensive market
research to Iind the customer needs and produce products according
to the customer needs, this will help us in becoming the best in the
market. We will stop the production oI the products which are selling
less and try to concentrate on improving the quality oI the product
which will generate maximum revenue. To produce innovative
products we will invest more money into R&D.

Ans: Knowing customer needs will be a competitive advantage
because it will help our company stay ahead in satisIying the needs oI
the customers and this will result in higher customer satisIaction.
