ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Step 1

Complete the application form and attach all necessary documents Documents: Attested photocopies of your certificates (educational qualifications), Copies of your passport (all pages), 6 passport size photographs, Medical Checkup form. Bank statements or financial declaration .

Step 2

Send the form with all the required documents together with an application fee of RM 500.00 or USD 150.00 to Lincoln College. Please purchase bank draft for USD 150 in the name of LINCOLN COLLEGE. You cannot buy Malaysian Ringgit outside of Malaysia; therefore you need to pay in USD.

Step 3

LINCOLN COLLEGE will send you the offer letter, including details of prescribed fees and receipt of USD 150 within two weeks upon receiving your application

Step 4

LINCOLN COLLEGE will then apply for your student visa in KUALA LUMPUR, which would be processed within 4 to 6 weeks. On receiving the approval from the Immigration, Lincoln College will send you the photocopy of visa approval. Upon receiving the photocopy, you need to pay the prescribed fees to Lincoln College. Upon receiving the fees, Lincoln College will send you the original Visa approval Make your travel arrangements to Malaysia. Please inform Lincoln College on your travel details (flight number, time of departure and arrival in KL).

Step 6

A counselor from Lincoln college will receive you at the airport. You will not be allowed to clear the Immigration without the assistance of the counselor. The Lincoln counselor will accompany you to the venue of your accommodation and brief you about your stay in Malaysia and education at Lincoln college.
