Guidelines for Campus arrival and related formalities

Pre joining formalities.

Please note that Axis Bank Ltd has a well-defined structured pre-joining process. This includes the
declarations and background verification process. The bank will be advising you of the details on
your registered e-mail ID. These formalities can be completed post your reporting at Manipal,
Campus at the time of joining the Bank.

Please ensure you carry the following documents on your arrival at the campus.

• Original Combined Marks sheet along with Original Provisional or Degree Certificate or College
Principal Attested Degree Completion letter.
• The Minimum percentage in Graduation should be 60% and above either aggregate or final
year.
• Marks sheet may be all semester-wise or consolidated.
• Original 10thand 12thCertificates
• Original PAN card and Adhaar card
• 3 recent color passport size photographs

Note:
• Photocopies or Online certificates are not allowed. No reasons for NOT carrying the above
documents will be entertained as the same is checked by our university officials.
• Your admission is subject to verification of your degree certificates and other bonafides being
genuine.
• Your admission is subject to verification of you meeting the stated eligibility criteria for the
program.
• Your admission is subject to verification of your assessments being cleared in the normal course
through fair means.
• The guidelines for reporting at the campus will be sent separately. Please go through the
guidelines covering Covid protocols, campus addresses, contact numbers, and essentials to
carry.
• Loan candidates are required to plan their travel ONLY AFTER submission of ALL loan documents
& loan formalities (Agreement, application, signature, KYC, DDs, etc.) at the respective RAC.
Candidates are requested to please note down the email and mobile number of the loan officer
at the RAC when they submit the loan documents. Please book your tickets AFTER submitting all
documents at the RAC- You DO NOT have to wait for Sanction of the loan once documents are
submitted.
• Self-Funded candidates are required to pay the fees before arrival at campus
