Grandmas Chicken Noodle Soup

Place in large saucepot with one


whole chicken and 1 gallon COLD water.

Remove chicken, strip meat, and place the meat back in sauce pot.

Prep: 4 cups Mirepoix, Parsley, other aromatics

Bring to a boil, and let simmer until chicken pulls easily off bone

Place Pasta and rice in bowls, pour soup over. Should be served immediately and Piping hot.

Prepare one box Ditallini and at least 2 cups rice as per instructions on packaging

Allow to simmer for at least one additional hour

Season TT (to taste)
