    Youth Volunteer Skills & Youth Leadership


    Want to volunteer for the first time?
    Join our Youth Volunteer Skills (YVS) program Geared towards youth (15-18 years) looking to volunteer for the first time. We will explore team building, self awareness, conflict resolution and lots more! Youth will attend 10 training workshops, gain 15 volunteer hours outside of the program, get involved in community service & gain references for the future. Starts week of February 6th, 2012.

    Join our Youth Leadership (YL) program Geared towards youth (16-18 years) with some volunteer experience. We will explore leadership, social and environmental issues, facilitation and lots more! Youth will attend 9 training workshops, gain 20 or more volunteer hours outside of the program and get involved in community projects. Starts week of January 23rd, 2012.

    $25 registration fee, includes Kits House membership (Limited subsidies available upon request) Exact day, time and location TBA in January 2012
