Background
According to a complaint from Shadharan Bima Tower, Representative (3S Network (BD) Ltd.) of RNO visited office on 11st October 2011 & 7th December 2011 and network scenario, findings and recommendation are accumulated in this report.

1. Poor Indoor RxLev, RxQual and SQI. 2. Sector mismatch observed in the site D48N39. 3. Adjacent BCCH between D48123C (68) and D48N39C (67). . 1. 2. 3. 4.

Recommendation (Pre)
Match the sectors of the site D48N39. Change the BCCH of D48123C (68) or D48N39C (67). Decrease the tilt of D48007B by 2 deg (from 6 to 4). Reorient cell D48123A by 10 deg (anticlockwise).
