WHAT IS TELENOR PICSHARE?

Telenor PicShare is a User Generated Media Management Application Allows users to upload their media (photos and videos) OTA (Over The Air) seamlessly to Telenor PicShare Website from their mobile phones Allows users to Share media via SMS and Email Allows users to Comment, add labels and Rate their media or other public or friends shared media PixSense uses proprietary bio-compression technology to reduced file size, resulting in faster upload

TYPES OF USERS

Two types of users: PicShare user

Has to be a Telenor subscriber Can be a trial user (14 days - Full PicShare Account Priviliges) Can be a active user (30 days - Full PicShare Account Priviliges) Can be a suspended user (90 days - View only Priviliges) Subscriber of any wireless carrier Has been shared media with Access to only shared media (Comment, Rate, Flag)

REGISTERING FOR TELENOR PICSHARE

To register for Telenor PicShare, you need to go to http://picshare.pixsense.com and click on Sign Up Now

REGISTRATION: SELECT PHONE

If the user has a supported handset, select a handset

If the user does not have a supported handset

REGISTRATION: ENTER INFORMATION

In case of Handset not supported

REGISTRATION: GET TELENOR PICSHARE

REGISTRATION: TAKE A PICTURE!

Launch the application on your phone Take some pictures or make a video! Once the media is uploaded to the Telenor Server, it will display a green arrow on the media

INSTALLING TELENOR PICSHARE (ON THE HANDSET)

SUBSCRIBING TO TELENOR PICSHARE Once the user has registered from the web, he/she needs to a Get PIN to verify his registration This will send an SMS from 222 to the user inviting him to PicShare. Upon sending a Y in reply to the SMS, the user will receive a PIN. This SMS is charged at Rs2+tax. The user needs to enter this PIN on the registration page to verify his registration User is subscribed for a 14 day Trial Period! On the 14th Day of the trail Period customer will receive a SMS from 223 charged Rs30, requesting to subscribe to PicShare. On replying with Y to that SMS the customer will extend his subscription to 30 days.

Charges Trial Period: First 14 days free Monthly subscription: Rs 30 + tax Regular GPRS charges apply on uploading of pictures/videos. PicShare application automatically compresses your picture before uploading so that it takes less time to upload and you are not charged high on GPRS. Once the pictures are uploaded to you webpage they are restored to original size.

FEATURES: UPLOAD MEDIA

Collection Level: Options > Upload Collection Sets all media of that collection for upload. Media Level: Options > Upload This Sets that particular media for upload.
