    1. Write a sentence that is 6 – 10 words long


    2. Change the code chart below to your own words using words
    from you sentence; stop codons should be punctuation marks
    (“.”).

    3. Chose words at random to fill in the rest of the words


    4. Using your own sentence; write a mRNA sequence for you
    sentence
    5. Create the DNA strand which is complementary to your
    mRNA.
    6. Make a mutation in your DNA (substitution, deletion or
    insertion) Transcribe and translate the mutated DNA.
    7. Write your new sentence. Did it change the sentence?
